What is XNote?
XNote is an innovative smart writing set that bridges the gap between traditional handwriting and digital note-taking. It consists of three main components:
A special notebook with coded pages
A smart pen that digitizes your writing
A mobile app that syncs and organizes your notes
With XNote, you can enjoy the natural feel of writing on paper while automatically creating digital versions of your notes. The system also includes AI-powered features for enhanced organization, searching, and learning from your notes.

Setting Up Your XNote Pen and Notebook
Unbox your XNote set:
Remove the smart pen and notebook from the packaging
Locate the USB charging cable for the pen
Charge the smart pen:
Connect the pen to a power source using the provided USB cable
A full charge typically takes about 90 minutes
The pen’s LED indicator will stop blinking when fully charged
Prepare the notebook:
Open your XNote notebook to the any page
You’ll notice tiny, barely visible dots on the pages – these help the pen track its position
Turn on the smart pen:
Press the power button on the pen to turn it on.
The LED indicator should light up, showing it’s ready to use
Start writing:
Begin writing in your notebook as you normally would
The pen will automatically start capturing your handwriting
Downloading the App and Creating an Account
Download the XNote app:
For iOS: Visit the App Store and search for “XNote”
For Android: Go to the Google Play Store and search for “XNote”
Download and install the app on your device
Open the XNote app:
Tap the XNote icon on your device to launch the app
Create an account:
Tap “Sign Up” or “Create Account”
Enter your email address and create a strong password
Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox
Alternatively, you can sign in using your Google or Apple account.
Log in to your account:
Once your account is created, log in using your email and password
Connect your smart pen:
In the app, go to “Settings” or “Devices”
Select “Add New Pen” or “Pair Pen”
Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your pen via Bluetooth
Select "XNote Smart Pen," and it will automatically connect.
Make sure location permissions are granted on Android devices, and that all necessary permissions are enabled on iOS devices.
Sync your first notes:
When you open the app, the first screen you will see is shown below. The moment you touch the pen to the notebook, a new notebook will be created, and you can start writing.
