1. Notebook Settings
In XNote, you can manage your notebooks easily through the Notebook Settings. By tapping the three dots next to a notebook, you can perform the following actions:
Primary Notebook Selection: Before you begin writing, make sure to select your primary notebook from the list. This will be the notebook where all your notes are saved by default.
Notebook Renaming: Rename your notebook to keep your notes organized and easily identifiable.
Notebook Deletion: Delete a notebook if you no longer need it, freeing up space and keeping your library tidy.
Notebook Pinning: You can pin a notebook to keep it at the top of your list at all times. However, only one notebook can be pinned at a time.
These settings allow you to customize and manage your notebooks according to your needs, ensuring a streamlined and organized note-taking experience.

XNote makes it easy to navigate through your notebook with a few simple tools:

Page Management: By tapping the Pages button, you can also rearrange the order of your pages within the notebook.
3. Share: Distribute Your Notes
Next to the Page Navigation button, there is also a Share button. With this feature, you can easily share your notes with others. Whether you want to export a page as PDF, PNG, or SVG or send it directly through another app, the Share button provides a quick and convenient way to distribute your content.
Multi-Page Export: By long-pressing on a page, you can select multiple pages and export them as PDF, PNG, or SVG at once.

In addition to exporting your notes as PDFs,PNGs and SVGs, XNote allows you to share the text content directly from the Text section within the Overview page. This feature makes it easy to distribute your extracted text, whether for collaboration or saving for future reference.
4. Folders
The Folder structure helps you organize the pages in your notebook by categorizing them into folders. This allows you to quickly access your content and easily manage where everything is stored. With this feature, you can enjoy a more efficient and seamless page management experience.
If you want to create a folder, you can start by tapping this button.
Next, on the screen that appears, you can enter the folder name and optionally select an emoji for your folder.
After setting the name and emoji, your folder will appear like this. You can then tap on the folder to open and access its contents.
If you're wondering how to add pages to a folder, simply open any notebook page, tap the folder button, and select your desired folder from the screen that appears to add it.
After completing the addition process, you can return to the home screen, select your folder, and access its contents.
