- During meeting : Meeting Bot records and transcribes the call with speaker identification (see 2.8.5 / 3.9.4). Richard takes handwritten notes on key legal points in his "Client Meetings" notebook.
- After meeting : Reviews transcript with speaker labels. Links his handwritten page to the recording for cross-reference (see 2.8.7 / 3.9.6).
